Mr. Roummel Arias is an alumni of the University of the Philippines Los Banos with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology. He was a fellow CAT officer and completed the COLT training program for cadet officers in the summer of 1998. A gifted musician, comedian and card trickster, he was a man with utmost optimism and positivity. His loss is the first of our batch of 1999. We deeply remember him as a cheerful man overflowing with boundless humor and his passing has left a painful void for us surviving classmates of his. A true Rizalian, he was always committed to church work providing music at his local parish and rendered services unfailingly. "Omeng" as we fondly call him, your memory will always live amongst us that you've left behind so suddenly. We your brothers will uphold and treasure the times you've spent with us with bittersweet nostalgia and reverence.
