Pabling (as I fondly called him)was my neighbor near palengke when we are between four and six year old.We used to play a lot and always get very dirty. Palengke's rear lot used to be acres of sugar cane and unlimited parking lot after harvest season. I used to fall sleep at night with sounds of caterpillar tractor tilling soil all night. Pabling was a very well rounded kid when we started our 1st grade with Mrs.Corpus at the labor hall. We stayed good friends all thru high school. He followed me in joining the US NAVY and became the godfather of my first born son (Mark) when we are both at Newport, Rhode Island. It was on 1971 when we last saw each other. I always enjoyed Pareng Pabling humor, camaraderie and frienship.
