Comments:

Graduated Bachelor of Science In Elementary Education in MLQU 1968. Pursued graduate studies till Masteral level. Got married to Eduardo Lulu in 1971, and had two sons. Lived for a while in Canlubang and got a house in San Pedro, Laguna and transferred there. Enjoyed teaching in Majada out and Mayapa prior to San Pedro, Laguna. Started teaching 1969, and early 1980's in San Pedro was promoted to school head position. My last post was in Laguna Resettlement Community School in San Pedro before leaving Phil. Left in May 1986 and went to Belgium. Joined by the family, husband and children ( 2 sons, currently working now here in Belgium) year 1987 & 1988, consecutively.
In Belgium, aside from my work, kept busy with extra-curricular community activities. Was the chairman of EuroSantacruzan in 1999, an event participated in by different European countries held annually. My husband and I were the "couple-power" Head Servant of Pag-ibig sa Diyos Catholic Community in Brussels 1996-2000.
The Council of Filipino Associations in Belgium (COFAB) where I am the President from 2000 till present time, kept me occupied and thru this association's fund-raising programs, been able to donate to Tahanang Walang Hagdanan, Philippine National Red Cross, Welcome Home Foundation, Street Children, Gawad Kalinga, Kapuso Foundation, calamity victims and most recent is the donation of 2-classrom building in San Pedro, Laguna.
A widow (husband died 2006) but a happy mother of 2 and grandmother of 5 cute growing apos. Hoping to retire in 2012 and thinking of staying in the Philippines by then.

Looking forward to meeting old classmates, kababaryo and ka-eskwela
sa Rizal Institute. God willing I will be there. . . See you all there!

School Story:

What I like most is my participaton in drama play and been directed by Salesian Sisters, that Sister Ana Maria would slap gently my face to make me cry which is needed in my role at that moment.

Was a writer contibutor in the school paper and regularly asked to write in the paper's nook, I forgot the name.

I enjoyed much also the weekend assignment of feeding the pigs and some of the boys would help us in doing it. I won't forget the banana cue time during recess time which we buy from a house near the school.

I will always treasure the teaching prowess of Mrs. Rodriguez (HIstory) and Mrs. Garaza (English), they were really so good.

The Saturday night escapades, parties with Beatles, Dave Clark Five, Gary Lewis and the Playboys, I like that.

High School Life is unforgettable!
